LAMIKAS started in 2023 when our founder—an active landlord managing multiple properties—grew frustrated with the inefficiencies of traditional property management.

Late rent payments, endless reminder messages, paper receipts, and spreadsheets that never quite added up had become the daily reality for property owners everywhere.

While property management software existed in some markets, most solutions were rigid, outdated, or poorly suited to how landlords and tenants actually operate. They failed to support diverse payment methods, real-world landlord–tenant relationships, and the regulatory nuances of different regions.

So we built our own.

What began as a simple system for managing just 9 properties quickly proved its value. Other landlords took notice. Property managers wanted tools that could help them scale efficiently without added complexity.

Today, LAMIKAS supports property professionals across multiple markets, helping them streamline operations, improve cash flow, and grow their portfolios—and this is only the beginning.
